Robert - I know Bob Schoppe uses Denver Digital to scan glass plates, and he seems to have had good luck with them. I scan my own on an HP Scanjet G4050 wich can handle negatives up to at least 8x10, and would be happy to scan yours if you wanted to ship it. Once you have a good high-resolution scan, there are lots of services that will print them in many sizes and media types. Most modern photo labs print digitally. Even if you drop off film, the machine develops the negative, then scans it to send the digitized image to the printer.
